UCU Casual Vacancies 2026: Ballot request form

Please use this form to request a duplicate ballot paper in the 2026 UCU elections for casual vacancies for UK-elected (HE) NEC member and representative or women members (FE).

It can take a few days to process and send out replacement papers.

Please note: the membership category ‘student members’ are not entitled to vote in this election. If you are enrolled in a postgraduate research programme there are two full membership options that allow you to vote. If you wish to join Standard membership, you can do this on MyUCU. If you change your membership to either category, you will also need to complete this form to ensure you receive a paper for the current elections.
